SHARED GOALS STATEMENT: What We Plan & Do

"Enable any online Community Co-operative or M-SME Start-ups to be 'born global', to co-create, promote and deliver innovative, added value traded services to fill the unsatisfied demand worldwide for culture and language-literate services; through creation of a network of micro-franchised local Village Hubs ('E-CO Hubs') and global Community Outlets, backed by authorised Master Franchised and central Digital Hub services to deliver Microfinance, remote Education and Co-op services in our unique Point-of-sale display concepts".

This will be achieved through implementation of the following seven Smart Goal steps:
1. Establish ICCO Co-op Entity, an International Community Co-operative Organisation, in Ireland by end of 2012
2. Startup with
VoxLABS E-Business Model, in 7 steps: To Reachout to new customer audience, Differentiate your product, and for Pricing, Selling, Delivery & Distribution, Supporting Customers and Achieving customer satisfaction.
3. Go Global Simultaneously: To Co-found a live Chapter in all seven regions together with
VoxWorld™.Coop within 12 months of founding ICCO - in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, China, India, Africa and Latin America Caribbean.
4. Build ten ICB Brands: Introduce these online Interactive Community Brands (ICB) before end 2013 - 7 x Regional Vox brands together with Smart World, Artisans World & EriuVox.
5. Open Community Branded Worldshops: By 2014 to have an independent, Fair Trade standard Worldshop network across all 7 Regions at
VoxWorld©.Coop Outlets (OMEGAPoints™) and with distribution from VoxFRANCHISE™ enabled Village Hubs (ALPHApoints™) while utilising VoxLABS patented model and services.
6. Extend Regional Community coverage to National Chapters - By 2015 to have a Community Chapter network established in at least 100 Countries, across all 7 Regions, with a minimum membership of 100,000 per country.
7. Generate ubiquitous coverage worldwide thereafter - To raise the standard of living for the Unemployed, Low Income Earners, Less Well Educated, Ageing Populations in every Community and underserved, excluded or disenfranchised Communities worldwide.

FROM DOTCOM BUST TO DOTCOOP BOOM - The Way Forward in Social Innovation

Opening a Social E-Commerce Marketplace where every E-CO Hub can deliver innovative traded-services opportunities from home, direct to their own Diaspora and other E-CO Hubs globally; to provide collaborative, enabling and ICT based services from any Community through social Innovation, remote Education, Micro-Finance and Traded-Services that will take Communities from DotCom Bust of a decade or more ago and into the current DotCoop Boom period emerging from this digitally driven age with Innovative Economy services that embrace local Culture and Language.

Every Country is essentially a Nation of Communities, and virtually all are people reside in Villages somewhere. So what happens when the Co-op Movement joins forces with the growing TeleCentre Movement in those Villages? They can create a E-Coop, where Jobs are generated and Trades are enabled. What kind of Jobs & Trade then? Smart E- Jobs and E-Traded-services exports. With what Content? Local Culture Content, led by Homecoming Tourism, Sustainable Tourism & Culture Tourism. Who are the prime target Audience for these traded-services? Their own Diaspora, who always 'belong' to their motherland, to where they were born (as so well articulated by late author John O' Donohue in Eternal Echoes) and those acting too as Cultural Ambassadors, with outreach to their new Diaspora Communities in their new neighbourhoods in other countries. How can these services be delivered? Online, Offline or over Mobile/ Smartcell, whichever local capability and capacity allows. What is the Centrepoint of these activities in the Local Villages? The Vill@ge C.A.F.E. at any Third/ Social Sector Org near you - led by Cooperatives, Socila Enterprise Centres & Volunteer Groups. So what new roles do The Vill@ge C.A.F.E. need to play? Provide virtual TeleCentre Services with local Culture Showcases in micro, small or large sizes. How will it expand on current TeleCentre offerings, where there is one already in your Village?.  Provision of more online tutors for delivery remote LifeWork Education courses, initiated with Computer & other Literacy/ Capability Skills (eg. FDIC Money Smart™....); also for Development Training Workshops and for promotion of Social Purchasing-driven personalised Online Shops. And what role does the E-Coop play in the The Vill@ge C.A.F.E.? To broaden their horizons from products alone and to embrace traded-services, in a new kind of new era business, and to focus on a global marketplace where there is a vast latent demand opportunity among their own Diaspora for services in the Social E-Commerce Marketplace. What new role do Villages themselves need to play then? To create the environment by 'building' a virtual Community Development Hub, the so-called 'E-CO Hub'. What roles do Individuals need to play? To bring their own new, innovative ideas and with assistance of E-CO Hubs to develop them into a Livelihood with Smart Jobs or by opening their own Traded-Services businesses. How do these businesses differ? - virtual businesses with none of the traditional and unnecessary costs any longer required, operating if desired from home, selling into a global market where there is a global shortage of services; having an advantage of in the pre-requisite language and with cultural empathy. What will all that achieve? It will create a Community's own Jobs/ Trades, open a road out of poverty to a better way of life; and together they can create an E-Coop or DotCoop (.Coop™) Boom period. This in the end is All About People, in the Villages and living within their Global Communities - no longer is it about Economies, it's All about People and development of their own innovative Ideas.
