Our focus is on reaching out to Culture through Tourism, helping to create Sm'art Jobs as we do so. The basic pillars of our Culture are political, economic, religious, social, intellectual and artistic. Today in many Cultures only the last two of these are left standing, as is the case here in Ireland, and are the two pillars on which a Community's Culture Showcase (and Community Culture Brand later, in phase three) will be built. So far we have looked at varying ways by which we can create, with help of others, such Sm'art Jobs for ourselves, our family or our Community - as an SME, through a Career, in a Co-op or as one of the Self-Employed. Now we turn attention to and look closer at how our very own Culture has all the ingredients we need to survive and prosper through jobs in Hospitality - yes, right there all around us all. At outset we can see that if we choose Tourism as a way to monetise our culture within our community - we could  focus on 'visitors', quite apart from the traditional 'tourist' package deals, thus could also focus on culture tourism, event tourism, genealogy tourism, education tourism, wellness/ spa tourism, retirement tourism, shopping tourism, sports tourism, festival tourism...and many other choices; or we could go deeper again into all of the above and focus on Sustainable Tourism - something which spreads around most of the revenues for benefit of all our people in general, through promotion of locally owned airlines, transport, guides, tours, trips, tickets, accommodation, gift shops, car hire, restaurants; all of which be promoted through diaspora narrowcasting as we shall describe in later section. So we focus on Sustainable Diaspora Tourism - which potentially embodies all of the other types of tourism, and who are people involve who already have an intuitive appreciation of our culture and which can be encapsulated in the phrase 'Homecoming Tourism' and keep coming back. Tourists & Visitors create lots of Service Jobs, in Hospitality sector - but Services have now become a Science, Services Science, almost a prerequisite in Education & Innovation for longlasting Sustainable Tourism; together with ICT, a basic requirement for all successful Sm'art Jobs tomnorrow.
